Join me for 40 minutes of virtual “Modern Mindfulness”! This weekly Mindfulness and Meditation group involves a planned intention, guided meditations, an activity/worksheet centered around the intention, and lots of reflection time!

Details:

Group intentions will change weekly. Example of weekly intentions: self care, controlling our anger impulses, etc. Join the group by purchasing the package for each week group session. Once purchased, you will be provided the worksheets for the specific week, along with the meeting details. This group meets weekly at 6pm Central time. Join me in this journey of mindfulness and meditation!

Please note: You will need to purchase this package weekly if you’re intending to join the group weekly. The digital download will change each week providing you the correct worksheets for that week/intention.
